Freshmen through Seniors

Season begins with tryouts in August and runs through February. Playoffs will follow the regular season.

Between regular season league games, playoffs, exhibition games, and tournaments all teams averages 45-60 games.

Practices and games are held at Mount Prospect Ice Arena (Nicholas Sportsplex). Games are played across Chicagoland.

All non-goalie players are required to have NAVY helmets with WHITE cages or bubbles (helmet stickers are provided), BLACK skates with WHITE skate laces, and WHITE or BLACK hockey tape ONLY (except on uniforms, where only CLEAR tape is allowed such as on socks). Players new to the program can expect to pay an additional fee for uniforms. Alternate varsity uniforms are provided to varsity players by the Saint Viator Hockey Club at no additional cost to the the player. All new players (except goalies) can expect to pay $665 for a set of game jerseys, shell, warm-ups, game socks and a hockey bag. Goalies can expect to pay $565 for the same (minus the shell and game socks). Players new to the club can expect to pay $60 for a reversible practice jersey as well. Equipment fees shall be paid in full prior to distribution. (Prices current as of Summer 2024.) If you need to purchase new gloves, please get NAVY with WHITE.
